Incredible. Ignorance and apathy are gonna be the end of us all in this country if we’re not careful.

The Last Of The Millenniums

When you ask yourself what’s REALLY wrong with our Country?

Here’s the answer.

When I see things like this, it makes me so sad and extremely mad that I am an American.

I figure that at the VERY LEAST, The VERY LEAST, every one should know who the President and Vice President are.

They should know who the Speaker of the House and Senate Majority Leader is.

They should know who the House Majority, House Minority and Senate Minority Leaders are.

They should know who sits on the Supreme Court and who the Chief Justice is.

They should know who their US Representative is. Who there two US Senators are. Who their Governor is and their State Representative and Senator.

  1. Many humble thanks for the reblog. There is a dynamic called ‘Tipping Point’ which flows from the Law of Accumilative Effects.
More and more people are realizing that we are past the ‘Tipping Point’ and nothing we do can stop our economic and then social and then legislative collaspe.
Mitt Romney happens to be the ‘reward’ of what started in the mid 90’s. The massive influence of money in politics and business guiding our legislation.
    A nice ‘reward’.
Now the question is, should we stick to our ideological ‘guns’ and keep putting smaller and smaller band aids on our bigger and bigger problems or work on lessening the effects of an economic, social and legislative collaspe?
Either direction will fail because so many are ignorant of even the basics of Government.
Which leaves the third, continuing influence peddling and corporations over people.
    But that’s why we blog.
Passing on what we’ve learned regardless of how small or large an impact it makes.
Again many thanks and I enjoy your blog. It always makes me think.

I was happy to reblog your post. You’re very welcome, and thank you for the comment.
